Oscillation Lung Expansion (OLE) Therapy
A versatile airway clearance system that delivers OLE (oscillating lung expansion) therapy for patients with retained secretions in the lower airways.
How it works
Three therapies in one session of about ten minutes.
Lung expansion and high-frequency oscillation. Moves mucus from the lower airways to the upper airways.

Lung expansion
The system delivers a programmed positive expiratory pressure (PEP) for the patient to exhale against, to open and expand their airways.

Mucus mobilization
Internal high-frequency oscillations are delivered with an expiratory flow bias, to help move mucus to the upper airways where it can be coughed or suctioned out.

Nebulizer
The system uses a nebulizer to deliver aerosolized saline into the lungs, either during the PEP and oscillation treatments, or by itself.
